JUNIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

SENIOR ARCHITECT

JUNIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

Maria Kardami Design Studio is looking for a Junior Interior Designer with experience in high-end residential projects to join our team. We are looking for a creative, self-motivated person, who can work individually and part of the team as well.

DUTIES

  • Able to collaborate seamlessly with the team, as soon as with contractors, fabricators, artisans, and developers on multiple projects.
  • Responsible for supporting the design process, material sourcing, visual research, mood board creation, furniture sourcing, graphic and visual presentations.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 1-4 years of experience in interiors or architecture
  • BA Architecture Degree
  • Passion for design.
  • Working knowledge of the full design process including Concept, Design Development & Construction Documentation.
  • Proficiency in AutoCad 2D, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to adapt to the daily needs of the design team.

SENIOR ARCHITECT

Maria Kardami Design Studio is looking for a Senior Architect with experience in high-end residential projects to join our team. We are looking for a creative, self-motivated person, who can work individually and part of the team as well.

DUTIES

  • Able to collaborate seamlessly with the team, as soon as with contractors, fabricators, artisans, and developers on multiple projects.
  • Responsible for supporting the design process, material sourcing, visual research, mood board creation, furniture sourcing, graphic and visual presentations.
  • Creating project documentation including the submission of a full drawing set, specification writing, schedules, and construction administration

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 8-10 years of experience in interiors or architecture.
  • BA Architecture Degree
  • Passion for design and an eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of the full design process including Concept, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Construction Administration, and Installation.
  • High proficiency in 2D AutoCad, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to adapt to the daily needs of the design team.
